Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rumina, including this website and the Rumina web application (the “Service”), operated by Rumina Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. The Service

Rumina is a social media management platform. It lets you plan ideas, compose and schedule posts, route them through approvals, publish to the social accounts you connect, manage comments and messages, view analytics, and connect AI clients through MCP or the Agent API. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and give accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
  • Organisation owners and admins control membership, roles, approval settings, and connected accounts for their organisation.
  • Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Connected social accounts and third-party terms

When you connect an account, you authorise Rumina to act on it within the permissions you approve — for example, to publish the content you schedule and send the replies you write. You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every account you connect.

Your use of each network remains subject to that network’s own terms and policies, and you agree to follow them. In particular, by using YouTube features in Rumina you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Networks can change or limit their APIs at any time, which may affect what the Service can do.

4. Your content

  • You keep all rights to the content you upload or create in the Service.
  • You give Rumina a limited licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you — for example, to show it to your team and publish it where you tell us to.
  • You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it, including music, images, and trademarks.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or infringing content, or spam.
  • Violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected network.
  • Access accounts or data you are not authorised to manage.
  • Interfere with, probe, or overload the Service, or try to bypass its security or usage limits.
  • Resell or provide the Service to others in a way these Terms do not allow.

6. AI clients and automation

If you connect an AI client or create an API key, actions it takes through the Service are treated as actions taken by your organisation. You are responsible for reviewing what automated tools draft or schedule, and for the permissions you grant them. You can revoke them at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scheduled posts can fail or be delayed because of network outages, API changes, expired permissions, or content a network rejects; the Service will show the status and you remain responsible for checking it.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your organisation at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, its users, or connected networks. Data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion instructions.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rumina disclaims all implied warranties, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good faith discussion, and otherwise by the competent courts of Indonesia.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and notify account owners of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
